Before founding Harvest Floral Designs, Marlisa served as a Corporate Compliance Officer for a Fortune 500 company. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, operational discipline, ethical leadership, and ability to operate under pressure with precision.
Marlisa later made a hard pivot into healthcare, a field that deepened her commitment to compassion, care, and human connection, and strengthened her ability to serve people through emotional moments with both structure and empathy.
