Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Harvest Floral Designs website, the Build Your Vision tool, the client portal, and any floral design services we provide. By engaging with our studio you agree to the following terms.
Bookings and Proposals
All bookings are confirmed through a signed proposal and a non refundable retainer. Dates are reserved exclusively for your event upon receipt of both. Proposals are valid for fourteen days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Payment Terms
A retainer of thirty percent is due to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to the event. Late payments may result in delays or release of contracted services. Custom installations and large scale productions may follow a milestone based payment schedule outlined in your proposal.
Changes and Substitutions
Floral products are seasonal and subject to availability. Harvest reserves the right to substitute stems of equal or greater quality and value to maintain the integrity of the design. Significant scope changes must be submitted in writing no later than thirty days before the event and may affect pricing.
Cancellations
All retainers are non refundable. Cancellations made within thirty days of the event are responsible for the full contracted amount. Postponements are accommodated when possible subject to availability and may require an updated proposal.
Rentals and Returned Items
Vases, vessels, candle holders, arches, and other rental hardware remain the property of Harvest Floral Designs. Lost, broken, or unreturned items will be billed at replacement cost. Pickup windows are coordinated with your venue in advance.
Use of Website and Build Your Vision
The Build Your Vision tool generates concept imagery for inspiration only. Final designs are produced by our team during consultation and may differ based on seasonal availability, venue conditions, and creative direction. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated tools to scrape content.
Liability
Harvest Floral Designs is not liable for damages caused by venue conditions, weather, third party vendors, or guest interactions with installations. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the total amount paid for that event.
Intellectual Property
All photography, copy, design concepts, and creative direction produced by Harvest remain the intellectual property of the studio and may be used in our portfolio, journal, and marketing materials.
